Who is Natalie
Natalie Hoefling is an Event Manager and Stage Manager based in New York City currently working as an Event Management Coordinator on Music Festivals.
Natalie has worked on large scale musicals, intimate plays, and everything in between throughout her career which has allowed her to cultivate her collaboration skills while effectively and efficiently running backstage tracks. One of her greatest assets as a stage manager is her ability to see the bigger picture of the production and think outside the box when problem solving. She has extensive experience working with casts with varying ages from 5 to 75 years old and finds that she can work with any person on any kind of project – her versatility is another one of her strongest attributes. Her passion for theatre and helping art come to life is what drives her to continue learning and nurturing her craft and she has had the great opportunity to work on several new works, some with the playwright in residence. Most recently, Natalie has been working for Westport Country Playhouse as their resident Production Assistant. She has also been able to work on the Covid teams for Wicked Broadway and television and film productions – including the Netflix show Survival of the Thickest. These experiences helped cultivate even more appreciation for the creative process as a whole from all different points of view. She continues to work with musicians and bands when she is not working on productions and finds joy in being a part of the live music industry which shows her the power of people coming together to celebrate a common love. Natalie is also a huge hockey (Go Isles!) and college football (Go Knights!) fan! When she’s not immersed in a show, she is somewhere hanging out with friends watching the game.
